Heimishe Kitchen Pesach

The Nitra Ladies Auxiliary published one of the first kosher cookbooks, The Heimishe Cookbook, back in the 1970s. It quickly became a staple in many kosher homes. The cookbook has gone through five editions- volumes one and two, the Pesach edition, the simchah edition, as well as the “Best Of” collection.
