All workbooks and textbooks sold by Menucha Classroom Solutions are non-returnable. We understand that each educational institution has its own unique requirements, and we strive to provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. As a result, we are unable to accept returns for these items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team at orders@menucha.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue promptly. To expedite the process, please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or defective items.

Order Errors
